Introducing outro talk at NIC Artificial Edition: Norm Judah! 

Norm Judah serves as Microsoft’s Enterprise Chief Technology Officer.

The Office of the CTO is built on three key platforms; Technical Strategy, Technical Quality and Technical People. In partnership with other key stakeholders in the company, Norm develops and drives technical strategies determining what technologies to use, and how and when to use them, both for the Enterprise business and for our customers.

The CTO team innovates with our customers in concert with product engineering and research to support and enables our field to accelerate the identification of innovation scenarios and enable the conversion from incubation to the drive to scale. Norm also lead the initiative landing AI in the Microsoft field and with customers, while at the same time being one of the key voices of Digital Transformation.

Further, his office helps Microsoft businesses with a managed community platform for Communities of Practice for global connections, adoption at scale, and for community-based programs, support, and learning. Lastly, his organization identifies, develops and differentiates future technical leaders across the Microsoft field organization to help position them for technical leadership roles in the company.
